Ease your way into spring with this gentle yoga class, geared towards all levels. Whether you're new to yoga, returning after a break, or because your chiropractor keeps suggesting it....this class may be just right for you. Experience deep relaxation after you've moved mindfully and loosened tight hips, hamstrings and shoulders. You'll receive clear, gentle instruction on postures and stretches and deepen into a blissful state in savasana (relaxation pose). In-person class size is intentionally small and the focus is on finding a yoga practice that works for you. Mats and props provided.
You'll have the option of using a chair for the class for a more gentle option, using the mat, or joining via Zoom.

For fully vaccinated participants: We'll wear masks inside the building until you're on your mat; then masks can be removed. Non-vaccinated participants are expected to wear masks throughout class. Subject to change per CDC Guidelines.
