Honor the slowing down of the winter season with this gentle yoga class, geared towards all levels. Whether you're new to yoga, returning after a break, or because your chiropractor keeps suggesting it....this class may be just right for you. Experience deep relaxation after you've moved mindfully and loosened tight hips, hamstrings and shoulders. You'll receive clear, gentle instruction on postures and stretches and receive healing energy at the end of class in savasana (relaxation pose). In-person class size is intentionally small and the focus is on finding a yoga practice that works for you. Mats and props provided.
You'll have the option of using a chair for the class for a more gentle option, using the mat, or joining via Zoom.

$96 for all 8 sessions or $14 per class (drop-in)
March 7 - April 25 pricing
$84 for all 7 sessions or $14 per class (drop-in)*
*No class March 21st; March 28 class is all remote (no in-person)

For fully vaccinated participants: We'll wear masks inside the building until you're on your mat; then masks can be removed. Non-vaccinated participants are expected to wear masks throughout class. Subject to change per CDC Guidelines.
