Yoga and energy healing can be a potent combination offering you the potential of enhanced well-being and nourishment for your body, mind and spirit. Springtime brings with it the opportunity for renewal and tapping into the creative energies brewing beneath the surface of the earth.

Join Martha Williams, shamanic practitioner and yoga teacher, for an afternoon of yoga, energy healing and deep relaxation designed to help you shake off winter’s cobwebs and harness the spring-time energy that burst forth with the arrival of the Spring Equinox on March 20th.

In this workshop you’ll:
• Practice gentle yoga, stretching tight muscles, loosening stiff joints and resetting your nervous system
• Learn a practice for syncing the energies of your brain to your heart
• Receive energy healing (optional) during a restorative yoga nidra (yogic sleep)
• Engage in shamanic practices meant to open the heart, deepen connection to the spirit world and tap into the rising energy of springtime

This afternoon experience intends to leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and ready to harness the power of spring.

No prior yoga or shamanic experience needed, just a desire to tap into the potential springtime offers and bring that potential to your body, mind and spirit.
